Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition Requirements: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging intact. Skincare products, candles, and wellness items must be unopened and unused to be eligible for a return.

Exclusions: The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Spa gift baskets (due to the curated, perishable, and hygiene-sensitive nature of their contents)
  • Opened skincare or personal care products
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right at no cost to you.
